    What if my packages lost, damaged or delay

    • Our Store offers the Green Shipping Protection service buying option on the cart page for every customer.

    • If you bought the Green Shipping Protection service when you placed the order in our store, you can directly submit a claim request by following the steps below.

    Here are the steps for applying for the claim:

    Step1:Check if your situation is under covered by Green Shipping Protection service

    Details

    Lost

    Situation 1

    I haven't received my packages even though the tracking info shows "Delivered”.

    Situation 2

    My package is stolen.

    Situation 3

    I haven't received it for over 30 days.

    Damage

    The products are unusable, clearly fractured, shattered, bent (if not bendable), crushed, etc.

    Delay

    For domestic packages, I'm not receive my packages for over 10 days after it started to ship.

    For international packages, I'm not receive my pakcages for over 30 days after it started to ship.


    Step2:If you met the situation mentioned above,you can access the Seel Resolution Center to submit a claim request from either the tracking page in-store or the policy confirmation email:
